But why this piece really captures my interest, is because it takes the typical doodle and expands it, adds a twist to it. There's the typical handwritten lines in the corner, there's the typical "unfinished" feel of the artwork - yet at the same time, there's the typed "rain" and the digital color. While this first looks like a scrap that someone has dug out of the bowels of their backpack, the viewer slowly realizes it is some thing much more elegant and thought-out.
You have managed to create a sense of a premeditated spontaneity - a strange combination indeed. Yet also a beautiful one.
